Once again, the wooded setting, with the carefully planned landscaping was a wonderful break from the typical meeting facility. As you well know, program effectiveness, like performance is a function of both the individuals involved as well as the environment. While you do not control the first half of the equation, the Center and it’s staff does an outstanding job with the second half. DAKA executives and managers who have departed Essex have independently given me glowing comments about all aspects of the facility and their accomplishments during their meetings.
