Unlimited Adventures:
Corporate Team Building

High Performing Teams

High performing teams are a group of people with complimentary skills who are committed to a common purpose or goal and who bring a working ethic and approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable. Successful corporations and leadership teams must balance three critical items in order to achieve their goals. The Task they must perform, the Tea, and its commitment to the Task, and the strengths and qualities of the individuals that make up the team.

Corporate Program Components

An effective corporate program includes the following components:

  • Needs Assessment which can be completed with an in-house meeting or phone interview with the person responsible for the program or event.
  • Program Design is created as a result of the needs assessment and will focus on the established corporate goals for the program.
  • Delivery of Program at the Essex Conference Center and Retreat
  • Post program Assessment of the programs effectiveness.
